Surmount Negativity!!

"Be the energy you want to attract” If you constantly think of the worst, if you do not believe that you can ever achieve something, if you do not believe that someone can be good, if you constantly complain, if you always see the negativity in situations, if you regularly put others down, if you are a negative person, you will develop negative energy and in the end you will only attract more negative situations in your life. The way you see things and start by eliminating negative thoughts and negative beliefs will help you change your energy so that you start to attract the energy you want to be around yourself.

Another way to see this is more high level, as in treat the world as you want the world to treat you. You want to be a successful boss babe and kill it at everything you do? Then work hard, push boundaries, and don’t stop trying. You want to be well-regarded, well-respected, and admired? Then be genuine, be real, and keep to your own business. All in all, you get what you give, so make sure everything you do and everything you say brings you a little closer to who you want yourself to be.

Whatever this quote says to you, try keep it in your mind this week and remember it at times when you may not feel at your best. The power of positivity is real, you just first have to be it to see it.

Laugh More, Especially at Yourself

Life gets busy, our schedules fill up, we get into relationships, and work can feel task oriented and routine-driven at times. Being human can feel more like being a ROBOT . But having this work-driven, serious attitude often results in negative and performance oriented thinking. Becoming positive means taking life less seriously and letting yourself off the hook. This is the only life that you get to live, why not lighten up your mood? Laughter helps us become positive by lightening our mood and reminding us not to take life so seriously. Are you sensitive to light sarcasm? Do you have trouble laughing at jokes? Usually, people who are stressed out and overly serious get most offended by sarcasm because their life is all work and no play. If we can learn to laugh at ourselves and our mistakes, life will become more of an experiment in finding out what makes us happy. And finding happiness means finding positivity.

Today I Choose Joy!!

"If you don't know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else" I think you’ll agree with me when I say: The power of positive thinking is remarkable. In fact, the idea that your mind can change your world almost seems too good to be true. I can assure you, however, that I have experienced AND witnessed the good that focusing on the positive can bring. But before I get into that, let me ask you a question. Can you guess what the most successful and happy people think about all day long? The answer is quite simple… Healthy, happy people think about what they want, and how to get it, most of the time. In this way developing a positive attitude can truly change your entire life. Now, How Do You Train Your Mind To Think Positive? Positive affirmations are positive phrases that can be repeated over and over to teach you how to get rid of negative thoughts and encourage a positive attitude. Loosen Up a Little......!

What happens when you ask a group of kids to draw?   They start drawing. And if you ask them to dance? They just dance. However, if you ask the same question to an adult, they usually reply, “I don’t know.” Instead of jumping into action, they connect with their logical brain.   When we fear being laughed at, we stop... Doing what we want Having fun Learning That’s the problem with taking ourselves too seriously: We choose to look good over learning new things. Fear makes our lives boring and repetitive.  Life gives us plenty of reminders that we don’t matter..... It’s easy to get caught up in our own narrative. That we’re a big deal. That we bring so much value to whatever or whoever. Luckily, life brings us all back down. In truth, we’re all replaceable. Even Oprah. Our friends take us for granted. But not all the time. Sometimes, we just think we’re hot shit. For no reason. It’s the adult version of running around the house with a cape made from your bed sheets. Look, everyone. I’m
