Each life is different, from your genetics to your environment. Know that there is not just one path to happiness. Your happiness equation will be unique to yourself. A key to happiness is your own well being. Fill your own cup by taking care of your mind, body and soul. When we are full, we freely can spread happiness to others. We have the power to manage our emotions through our thoughts and our actions!!                                                                                                                                 
 When we have purpose and meaning in our lives, we are able to live intentionally. How can you create meaning in your life?                                                                                                                                    
No one can just be happy all of the time. As human we experience a contrast of emotions and this is normal. Have the expectation that there will be good and bad days. We may not always be exactly where we want to be. When we accept our life circumstances as they currently are, we end mental suffering. 

Practicing self love allows you to empower yourself and empower others. Self Love gives you the abundance mindset- Happiness For Everyone!!
